Seven Summits Actions for Sustainable Society (SSASS) has announced a donation of $100,000 to the families of climbers who died or are missing after an avalanche on Mount Everest on April 18. SSASS, a non-profit organization chaired by alpinist Ken Noguchi, organized a handing-over event of the donation to the victims’ family through Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) at the association’s premises in Naxal, Kathmandu, on Monday.
