Send Your Enquiry
Click the "Book Now" button on any package page, or email us at info@ametreks.com. Tell us your preferred dates, group size, and any special requirements.
Receive Your Custom Quote
Our team will respond within 24 hours with a detailed, customised itinerary and quote. We'll answer any questions and adjust the package to perfectly match your needs.
Pay the Booking Deposit
Confirm your booking by paying a 20% deposit (50% for Bhutan/Tibet trips). We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. Send us the payment confirmation and we'll get started.
Receive Booking Confirmation
You'll receive an official booking confirmation email within 24 hours of your deposit clearing. This email includes your full itinerary, accommodation details, and a pre-departure checklist.
Prepare for Your Adventure
Arrange your travel insurance, complete any required medical check-ups, and follow the packing list we'll send you. Pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Kathmandu, before your departure day.
