Langtang Valley Trek: Valley of Glaciers and Kyanjin Gompa

The Langtang Valley has always been a cultural trading zone between the Tibetans and the Nepalese with historical monastical villages including the Kyanjin Gompa, a very important Buddhist shrine. The 2015 earthquake significantly affected the valley but people’s spirit of coming together and help from the international community has been paramount in rehabilitation process.
