A fuller introduction to the route, pace, terrain, and overall trip style.
In recent years, there has been a growth in the number of trekkers visiting the Manaslu region. We have witnessed that most of them come to reach the Larkya la, which is the prime spot of this region. As it has become normal to visit Larkya la, we have now decided to add a little bit of adventure to it for the trekkers. Yes, you have heard right, in addition to the Larkya La pass we have decided to add the Rupina La pass, which we are sure that it adds extra value to this journey.
The Rupina La and Larkya La Pass Trek is an exhilarating and scenic journey through the remote and captivating Manaslu region of Nepal. On this trek, trekkers set off on an extraordinary journey from the small town of Gorkha, passing through picturesque terraced fields and lush woods as they get fully immersed in the regional communities' rich cultural heritage.
The Rupina La Pass, which is found at an imposing elevation of around 4,650 meters (15,256 feet), is the first obstacle on this amazing trip. Trekkers who conquer this route are rewarded with breathtaking views of the spectacular Himalayan peaks and glaciers that appear to reach out and grasp the horizon itself. The journey continues through the picturesque Bimthang Valley, offering a peaceful break before reaching the grand finale.
Eventually, the journey will then brings you to the renowned Larkya La Pass, which impressively rises to a lofty altitude of almost 5,160 meters (16,929 feet). The high-altitude routes of this beautiful pass require fortitude and daring from trekkers, but the effort is richly rewarded with panoramic vistas of the towering Himalayan giants, notably the great Manaslu. Trekkers are rewarded with beautiful mountain views as the descent progresses, which results in a great sense of accomplishment. The Rupina La and Larkya La Pass Trek is an exciting journey that brings brave adventurers together with Nepal's untamed landscape and helps them make experiences that will last a lifetime.

From Rana, we will pass to the Ghap village. Before reaching Ghap, we will pass through a multitude of woods and mani stones as we make our way from Rana into the Budhi Gandaki valley.

Many locals wearing Tibetan dress can be seen as you go through the countryside. Also, you will pass through a number of villages along the way, including Shyo, Shyala, and Lho, before arriving in Samagaon for the night.
Our first day of acclimatization for the trip is today. We will stay in Samagaon today to give our bodies adequate time to acclimate to the thinner air at a greater altitude. Despite the fact that we're naming it a "relaxation day," we won't be doing anything but relaxing. We'll go for a stroll in the neighborhood. You can explore a number of locations nearby, including the Manaslu Base Camp, Pungyen Gompa, and Glacial Lake Birendra Tal. You will eventually spend your night here at Samagaon after selecting one of the choices to explore.

After leaving the trail to cross the Budi Gandaki River, we will arrive at the intersection of the trails heading to Birendra Tal and Manaslu Base Camp. From here, we swiftly cross the river and then begin a challenging rise. When we arrive in Samdo Village, the stunning views of Mount Manaslu, Shringi Himal, and Ngadi Chuli, as well as the Tibetan refugee camp, immediately come to the scene. Before continuing on to Samdo for the night, we will finally get to explore the surrounding area and the neighboring hill.

Today is one of the most anticipated days as we are traveling today to the Larkya La Pass, one of the most spectacular viewpoints. Further, we shall carry on climbing in order to finish this segment and finally drop to the ice-covered lakes by ascending the difficult terrain until we arrive at Larkya la Pass. Himlung Himal, Kanguru, Annapurna II, and Cheo Himal may all be seen in unparalleled detail from this location. Following our enjoyment of every second at this ideal location, we will descend to Bhimtang. It would take us about three hours to descend, taking in the beautiful scenery of the mountains and moraines. Overnight at the teahouse in Bhimtang.
Today, we will travel to Dharapani by foot via a variety of landscapes. We'll stop to take photos of the spectacular landscape when we pass the base of the Bhimtang glacier. We will see the excellent prayer flags fluttering along with the breathtaking mountain views. We will proceed through the fir forest, past Yak Field, and eventually arrive at Gho. Next, we proceed via the town of Tilche, the Dudh Khola River, and Thonche, which marks the end of the Manaslu circuit journey. Finally, we will reach Dharapani to spend the night at the lodge after traversing the Marshyangdi River.
Our final day of trekking is today. From Dharapani, we will first go through the forests to Bagarchaap, a community with Tibetan-style buildings. The height gradually increases from here till it reaches Dhanaqui's apple land. Moving farther, the route goes through fields with apple and apricot orchards, offering stunning views of Annapurna. Thenafter, you will pass across a suspension bridge at Dhanaqui, then steadily climb to Temang before descending to Koto village. And after a short distance of trekking from Koto village, you will arrive at Chame village. Overnight at the lodge in Chame village.
You will depart the Manaslu region today and make the lengthy trip back to Kathmandu. You'll be taken up in a vehicle in Chamje and driven down the road to Besisahar. From here, a typical tourist vehicle will take you to Kathmandu. When you arrive in Kathmandu, we will take you to your cozy accommodation. You can unwind for a bit in this hotel so that later in the day you can visit local markets or restaurants. Last but not least, we'll head out to dinner so that we can say our final goodbyes to one another and reflect on our experiences. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.
You will give this lovely alpine nation its final farewell today as your excursion to the Rupina La Pass and Larkya La Pass trek comes to an end. After an incredible and lovely week in the Himalayas with you, it is an unhappy moment for us to say goodbye. A representative of AME Trekking will pick you up at your hotel and drive you to the airport three hours before your flight, where they will bid you farewell and wish you a safe voyage. When you get back home, we firmly believe you'll consider making another trip to Nepal. Keep yourself secure until then!

"Several months ago, a friend of mine came back from world-round-trip and said, βA.B.C trekking is what you cannot see in any other places but Nepalβ, and excitingly showed me a lot of incredibly beautiful pictures from the mountain and the country, Nepal. The story he shared caught my heart and strongly made me want to visit this country. And now, I also strongly recommend this adventure into wild nature. This is the reason why I am here, coming back from 10days Annapurna base camp(A.B.C) to write a review for one of the best agency (Adventure Mountain Explore Treks & Expedition P. Ltd) in Kathmandu and for you. What I have found during this trip is that this trip is therapeutic, educational, and exciting. First of all, in the mountain area, there are no such things as mobile, familiar TV show, disturbing noise, and annoying friends. You are literally surrounded by nature and all you can trust is your guide and your heart. You also have much free time in the mountain, which makes you think a lot about your future. Second, trekking is educational. You may see a various people from around the world as well as local people. This, I believe, is the best way of getting to know each other, as you will see them again and again during the trail. Exchanging their personal story and back ground helps you grow your personality as well. Third, it is exciting. There is no question about it. When I saw the panorama view from A.B.C, I got so excited that I could not take my camera away (I am sure I took more than 100 pictures and video there). That was defiantly worth it. Now, I am going to share a bit about my trekking partner, my guide, Lok Bhatta. He is friendly guy. He is not only experienced guide, but he knows how he can entertain us during the whole trip. His caring and his humor take up my good memory of trip. Since Lok and I spent 11days together, it is no wonder we became a best friends. Also he persistently looks after me. When I wanted him to take pictures, he always s..."

"My mother and I arrived in Kathmandu with just 2 days to prepare for a trek around Annapurna Circuit. We feel very lucky to have met Mr. Tika Regmi and through Adventure Mountain Explore treks we were able to hire a porter-guide to facilitate exactly the kind of trek we wanted, a self-directed trek with Nepali assistance. Our porter-guide Sujan was a trusted and integral part of our little trekking party. He was very knowledgeable about the route, its hotels and side trips, and he even introduced us to local people and gave us interactions with local Nepalese that we could not have experienced on our own, like a tea in the home of a local family! We couldnβt be any more pleased with our trek. Shanna Simmons 1152 Crescent Avenue Klamath Falls, OR 97601 USA shannasimmons@hotmail.com"

"Thanks Tika We arrived in Kathmandu on November 4, 2011 with hopes to do the Annapurna Circuit Trek to Muktinah. We had no firm guide or porters arranged as yet but were lucky to stay at the Blue Horizon Hotel in Thamel where we met Tika Regmi at the Hotel Blue Horizon. Tika is the director of Adventure Mountain Explore which wa located across the street. With Tika's expert help, our trek was arranged with an extraordinary guide, Sittal "Hom" Simkhada and two equally adept porters, Santosh Uperkoti and Sanjeep. Sittal knew the trail very well having done it more than 25 times. He provided information and insights about each peak and landmark along the way. He guided us up and down with care and confidence, setting a good pace that worked for each of us, our ages being 69, 67, and 30 years old. Sittal also got us to our teahouse rooms promptly and made sure we got our meals on time. We never had to ask for service; it was always provided with a smile. We enjoyed the camaraderie or our guide and porters and spent time playing cards together and exchanging stories. Clearly Sittal loved what he was doing and was experienced with every aspect of being a guide. When our daughter became ill along the way in Manang, Sittal conferred with Tika and we took an extra day to make sure all was well before continuing. There was no pressure to move on before we felt ready. When we reached the summit at Thorang la Pass we all celebrated together. It was a group achievement as well as a personal one for each of us. We are pleased to recommend Tika Regni as trek organizer and Sittal Simkhada as guide with our highest esteem and respect.
