Wonderful Trip with Adventure Mountain Explore Treks!!

In November 2011 we booked a Annapurna Circuit Tour with Adventure Mountain Explore Treks. Even in the off-season we had a really nice experience. The weather was just about perfect, a bit cold, but clear and sunny almost all the time. Our Guide Prakash from Gorkha was young, but nevertheless very experienced, with a lot of knowledge about the area. We knew pretty much information by Tika regmi of the company before we left for the trek. Which helped us a lot to arrange the things. He also managed all hotels and bargained with the locals. E.g. because of the weather we could not fly back from Jomson to Pokhara, but Prakash managed a Bus/Jeep/Micro-Transfer to Pokhara on the same day, which normally would be almost impossible. Now Prakash has become a real friend of ours. The tour itself is sometimes exhausting if you carry your backpack on your own. But thats part of the experience. AME also is very carefully concerning altitude sickness and Tika made us many calls while we were on the ay to the pass. He is very helpful and honest. You got an acclimatization day in Manang, which is quite helpful, with a day trip to a Gompa. They honestly care about you and your health, do not hesitate to book a tour with them.
