Incredible experience thanks to AME

Hi. My experience completing the Annapurna Circuit has been the most amazing ever. Thanks to AME it was seamless from start to finish. Prior to my trek and even before leaving New Zealand Niti was able to answer all my questions. I was met at the airport by my guide, Kisim, and then my adventure began. Kisim was a fantastic guide and ensured I had a cosy bed and warm food every night, even being my waiter. He pointed out the sights along the way and made sure we went at a good pace and gave me excellent advice every step of the way, including what to eat, what to wear the next day and what would be happening the next day. Each night Kisim would let me know the plans for tomorrow. I was also very lucky to have Anil for my porter. He was always friendly and smiling and I am still grateful for him shining his own headtorch on the path when my own torch did not have enough power. Annapurna Circuit is a great choice for anyone thinking of trekking the Himalayas. The diversity of landscape makes it really special. Every day is different. We started in Besi Sahar. Many trekkers (independent trekkers) however are catching jeeps further up and skipping the first 2, 3 or even 4 days of the trek. This is a real shame as they are missing some of the best parts. I truly recommend starting from Besi Sahar. You should also trek with AME, they are professional all the way and have great guides and porters. I will be back - maybe Gokyo Lakes. I will be doing it with AME.
