A fuller introduction to the route, pace, terrain, and overall trip style.

Mountains and natural landscapes are always amazing in the Everest region. Additionally, you could explore and take part in something in this region which is significant to the people's culture, history, spirituality, and religion. Every year, in accordance with the Buddhist lunar calendar, the Mani Rimdu festival is celebrated in the Everest region. It is a 9-day festival where the ceremonies and the meditation will be held in which you can take part.

The Tengboche Monastery in the Everest region serves as the prime location for trekkers to explore this festival and join the celebration. Many people from the regions like Khumbu and Solukhumbu come to this place to celebrate this festival. Basically, the main purpose of the celebration is the victory of good over evil and the demons. We are sure that you will find this festival to be incredibly colorful and exciting, as it features unique events like masked dances, tantric magic, and fire performances that are dedicated to the Buddhist gods.

The Mani Rimdu festival & Everest View Trek tends to be the ideal way to enjoy stunning mountain landscapes with fantastic trekking adventures while also getting to know the Sherpa people and their distinctive culture and tradition. After the tour guide for the day gives a brief introduction, the Kathmandu sightseeing tour will start. The main sites on this journey will be Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square, all Designated as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Note: You may visit Patan Durbar Square as an alternative to Kathmandu Durbar Square.

By going to these places, you'll have the chance to learn a lot. You'll get to learn about Nepali art, architecture, religion, culture, tradition, and history. After spending the whole afternoon on a sightseeing tour of the city, you will soon be back at your hotel. Review your packing list once you get to your hotel and, if required, start making the additional preparations suggested by your guide. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

  3. You will depart from Kathmandu early in the morning for Lukla as this is the first day of your trek. We will take you to the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport in a private vehicle to assist you in getting ready for the journey. The exciting adventure begins as you take out on a 30-minute flight to the Lukla Airport, where you may chill and enjoy the breathtaking Himalayan views. A member of the team and porters will be waiting to welcome you at the other end of the journey in Lukla. A member of the team and porter will be waiting for you at the Lukla to welcome you. When you land at Lukla's airport and give them your luggage, we'll leave for breakfast.

Following a delicious breakfast, we ascend to the wonderful village of Lukla. After crossing the breathtaking Dudh Koshi River, we continue from Lukla in the direction of Chheplung village. Soon after, as we go towards the town of Ghat along the painted Mani walls, the spectacular views of Kusum Kanguru and Kongde-RI Peak surround us. Eventually, we will arrive in Phakding after some moments. In Phakding, there are more tea houses and lodges than homes. Excellent customer service is provided at these lodges in Phakding. Spend the night at the lodge in Phakding.

  4. We will depart from Phakding after enjoying an excellent breakfast and go to one of the famous towns of the Everest region, Namche Bazaar. Our route ascends through rhododendron and pine trees as it follows the Dudh Koshi River. We have an amazing view of the Thamserku and Kusum Kanguru Mountains from there. Moving forward for a while, we will eventually arrive at Monjo. Prior to entering the Sagarmatha National Park, our permits will be checked here at Monjo. The route descends further after entering the park until it reaches the suspension bridge. We will successfully cross two suspension bridges before going over the final hill and reaching Namche Bazaar. From this point, you can see the remarkable Mount Everest for the very first time in the distance. Once you arrive in Namche, you'll check into the hotel. You can chill at nearby bakeries or coffee shops while exploring the region afterward. Overnight at the lodge in Namche Bazaar.

  5. Before heading towards Dingboche, we must spend a day in Namche to become acclimated. We can go on acclimatization hikes in nearby villages like Khunde and Khumjung. This hike features stunning mountain views, charming monasteries, and lovely chortens. If you don't want to go on this adventure, you also may hike up to Hotel Everest View, which is known as the tallest hotel in the world. You may enjoy an exquisite meal here while admiring the expansive views of Mount Everest and other peaks. Once you complete one of these hikes, you'll return to Namche. After you get to Namche, you can use the extra time to visit the national park's headquarters or nearby monasteries. Or you could just relax while browsing the internet at a local cafΓ© or restaurant. Overnight at the lodge in Namche Bazaar.

  6. Today we will head onto one of the favorite places of the Everest region. After taking a full day of break at Namche we will go up to Tengboche Village. We might expect to be at Tengboche in around 5 hours. As you enter and exit different valleys on this path, you will pass through their flanks. Also, you will face both hill climbs and descents while on the path.

Before reaching Phunkithanka and the DudhKoshi River, we must first go some distance along the ridge. After crossing the river, we will then ascend uphill to reach Tengboche. When we arrive in Tengboche in the afternoon, we'll get an exclusive view of the monastery where you can see the ceremony being held. This monastery will host the Mani Rimdu festival, so get ready for a full-day exploration. Spend the night at the lodge in Tengboche.

  7. Today is our full exploration day at Tengboche Monastery. This will be a fantastic opportunity for those who want to know more about Tibetan culture and their religious activities. You will get to see the villagers and lamas perform their traditional acts on this occasion. Since the locals will also invite you to join in and offer you special food and drinks, it will be much more enjoyable. After enjoying every moment of the Mani Rimdu festival, you will head back to the lodge to spend the night.

  8. Our journey from Tengboche to Dingboche continues today after yesterday's full day of exploration. Before reaching the bridge over the Imja River at Chaturje, you will carefully make your way down some stone stairs from Tengboche through a forest of pine and rhododendron. We'll then proceed straight up to Pangboche Village after we cross the bridge. And we continue on to Somare, which is situated at a little over 4000 meters. From there, you will cross the second bridge and then continue on the flat trail past Orsho. The same route will take you uphill for around 30 minutes until you reach Dingboche. Check into the lodge once you get to Dingboche, and then spend the rest of the day exploring the village and enjoying the views. Overnight at the lodge in Dingboche.

  9. After having a filling morning Breakfast at Dingboche we will drop downwards Namche Bazaar. As you descend, you'll see how drastically the landscapes have changed. Soon after leaving the desolate terrain covered with rocks, you will arrive at a more beautiful and natural scenery and pass through a juniper forest. We will arrive at Tengboche and eat lunch there after a 3-hour continuous walk. You will have the opportunity to revisit this location and relive your experiences from the event just the day before yesterday. After resting for a while, we will head down towards Namche Bazaar. Since the trail is somewhat steep, you'll make it to Namche Bazaar just before darkness. When you reach Namche Bazaar, you can relax at the lodge while remembering the amusing events and views you took in. In addition, you may enjoy the local restaurants and cafΓ©s. Spend the night at the lodge in Namche Bazaar.

  10. We continue from Namche down toward the Dudh Koshi River bridge after breakfast. When everything is done, we will move on to Phakding village. We'll stop for lunch after arriving in Phakding. We then proceed on the route that would lead us to Lukla shortly after. From Namche Bazaar, it would take around six to seven hours to get to Lukla. After you reach Lukla, you will have some quiet time to think back on the wonderful moments you've had over the past several days. Stay at a lodge in Lukla village.

  11. You will have your final breakfast at the Land of Sherpas before departing early in the morning. Once more getting on board, we will fly through gorgeous mountains and rolling countryside till we arrive in Kathmandu. When you gaze at these mountains, you will undoubtedly recall the moments you spent on the journey. After landing, you'll be driven directly from the airport in Kathmandu to your hotel in a private vehicle. Right after checking in at your hotel, you have a choice of relaxing or shopping. Later in the evening, we will also have a farewell meal. Here, we'll reflect on our cherished memories and solicit your enlightening comments. Following the program's completion and a delicious meal, we will transport you back to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

  12. This day marks the conclusion of your trip to the Himalayan country. When your flight time approaches near, one of our gracious representatives will pick you up. After giving a heartfelt farewell and giving you best wishes, he will take you to Tribhuvan International Airport as per your flight schedule. Although we split ways, we'll keep in touch with you frequently via a number of means and always remember the good times we shared. Happy trekking : )

"Several months ago, a friend of mine came back from world-round-trip and said, β€œA.B.C trekking is what you cannot see in any other places but Nepal”, and excitingly showed me a lot of incredibly beautiful pictures from the mountain and the country, Nepal. The story he shared caught my heart and strongly made me want to visit this country. And now, I also strongly recommend this adventure into wild nature. This is the reason why I am here, coming back from 10days Annapurna base camp(A.B.C) to write a review for one of the best agency (Adventure Mountain Explore Treks & Expedition P. Ltd) in Kathmandu and for you. What I have found during this trip is that this trip is therapeutic, educational, and exciting. First of all, in the mountain area, there are no such things as mobile, familiar TV show, disturbing noise, and annoying friends. You are literally surrounded by nature and all you can trust is your guide and your heart. You also have much free time in the mountain, which makes you think a lot about your future. Second, trekking is educational. You may see a various people from around the world as well as local people. This, I believe, is the best way of getting to know each other, as you will see them again and again during the trail. Exchanging their personal story and back ground helps you grow your personality as well. Third, it is exciting. There is no question about it. When I saw the panorama view from A.B.C, I got so excited that I could not take my camera away (I am sure I took more than 100 pictures and video there). That was defiantly worth it. Now, I am going to share a bit about my trekking partner, my guide, Lok Bhatta. He is friendly guy. He is not only experienced guide, but he knows how he can entertain us during the whole trip. His caring and his humor take up my good memory of trip. Since Lok and I spent 11days together, it is no wonder we became a best friends. Also he persistently looks after me. When I wanted him to take pictures, he always s..."

"My mother and I arrived in Kathmandu with just 2 days to prepare for a trek around Annapurna Circuit. We feel very lucky to have met Mr. Tika Regmi and through Adventure Mountain Explore treks we were able to hire a porter-guide to facilitate exactly the kind of trek we wanted, a self-directed trek with Nepali assistance. Our porter-guide Sujan was a trusted and integral part of our little trekking party. He was very knowledgeable about the route, its hotels and side trips, and he even introduced us to local people and gave us interactions with local Nepalese that we could not have experienced on our own, like a tea in the home of a local family! We couldn’t be any more pleased with our trek. Shanna Simmons 1152 Crescent Avenue Klamath Falls, OR 97601 USA shannasimmons@hotmail.com"

"Thanks Tika We arrived in Kathmandu on November 4, 2011 with hopes to do the Annapurna Circuit Trek to Muktinah. We had no firm guide or porters arranged as yet but were lucky to stay at the Blue Horizon Hotel in Thamel where we met Tika Regmi at the Hotel Blue Horizon. Tika is the director of Adventure Mountain Explore which wa located across the street. With Tika's expert help, our trek was arranged with an extraordinary guide, Sittal "Hom" Simkhada and two equally adept porters, Santosh Uperkoti and Sanjeep. Sittal knew the trail very well having done it more than 25 times. He provided information and insights about each peak and landmark along the way. He guided us up and down with care and confidence, setting a good pace that worked for each of us, our ages being 69, 67, and 30 years old. Sittal also got us to our teahouse rooms promptly and made sure we got our meals on time. We never had to ask for service; it was always provided with a smile. We enjoyed the camaraderie or our guide and porters and spent time playing cards together and exchanging stories. Clearly Sittal loved what he was doing and was experienced with every aspect of being a guide. When our daughter became ill along the way in Manang, Sittal conferred with Tika and we took an extra day to make sure all was well before continuing. There was no pressure to move on before we felt ready. When we reached the summit at Thorang la Pass we all celebrated together. It was a group achievement as well as a personal one for each of us. We are pleased to recommend Tika Regni as trek organizer and Sittal Simkhada as guide with our highest esteem and respect.
